Js Revive Wellness Spa

I didn’t design and build this wellness spa for show, I put my heart and soul into creating a home-away-from home that people can enjoy and use when they need to escape life’s everyday stresses.

Walking into Js Revive Spa you could be forgiven though, for being rather impressed with how it looks. Beautiful decor, calming music and bespoke manicure and pedicure lounges (complete with wooden, handmade nail trolleys and plush pedicure basins).  The smell of the different scrubs (which they make themselves, from different fruity concoctions) and herbal teas, sourced directly from the farm, start to work that relaxation magic, so that you know that you are somewhere special.

I was there to be spoilt, and I started with a full body massage. It was simply amazing. All that tension melted away as Cooli worked my back, legs, arms, feet and hands. Then she turned me over and did my legs again from the front, arms and, most importantly, my shoulders. My shoulders carry all the pain from lifting up little kids from my job (and probably typing at the computer as well).

After this I had a pedicure with Sunny. I chose a dusty purple (they use the Morgan Kelly brand) and once again my feet were treated with that aforementioned scrub, while my body enjoyed the vibrating chair. My feet looked stunning.

I then had the opportunity to go back upstairs to check out their venue room which also has a pool in it and a balcony with four poster beds. A lovely, calming place.

I also passed the floatation pool which Sunny assures me is the epitomy of relaxation. I think I would have enjoyed to stay and enjoy more of their facilities  if I had had the time, but I had to get back.

J’s Revive Wellness Spa boasts a large variety of treatments and packages including;

• Clients also have the choice of signing up to the exclusive functional training gym, a first-class facility offering private personal training sessions as well as boxing classes for all ages, including kids.
