I really liked this list because as opposed to all of those with a long “to do” list, it also focuses on things that we should NOT be doing and that waste time. I think it’s a better idea to have realistic goals and not to burden ourselves with unachievable things that make us feel defeated because we just couldn’t get there. How refreshing to know that we can have a “not do” list!
