You still needs to check for nits and lice but it kills everything on the head.

I have tried every product available without success. Jess above, says to go to the self medication section. What products should I be looking at?
I am a 24 year old adult who got lice from my niece – I have used this according to instructions for 4 consistent weeks and I still have lice…. I’ve washed everything in my house multiple times and combed 50% of my hair out during the process, I bought 3 of these bottles in hopes it’d work ,Don’t waste your time and money buying this.
Go to the self medication desk at a pharmacy they’ll give you a spray that works in 20 minutes for 1/4 of the price.

This product is not effective and expensive. I spent over a week washing my toddlers hair every night and used 2 full bottles of paranix shampoo with no joy. It does not work.
